I’ve been embarrassed of my smile for my entire life. We couldn’t afford braces when I was younger, so I’ve always lived with a space between my two front teeth, and I always thought that braces were the only solution. I also had a “gummy smile”, showing more gums than teeth on the top row. I didn’t think that was fixable.
I was wrong! Thanks to Dr. Gleave, I now have a perfect smile!
Dr. Gleave performed a gum surgery to expose more of my top teeth. He also put veneers on my teeth to get rid of the space and provide a natural-looking shape.
The entire process took a couple of months, but much of that time was waiting for my gums to heal after surgery. Dr. Gleave took numerous photographs and impressions, and worked with the ceramicist to come up with the best possible color and shape for my new teeth. I got to view a wax model of my new teeth, which was created based on the impressions they took and my treatment plan. I knew what the results would look like before the veneers were created, and I was given several opportunities to change anything I didn’t like.
Dr. Gleave is a professional who pays close attention to detail, and that shows in his work. My smile looks much better than I ever thought it could!
